Jaime Espinoza is one of South Florida’s most sought after Karaoke DJs. His incredible library of music for all audiences includes all genres from the oldies to today’s top 40 hits. Mainstreet • Friday, February 24th • 9PM – 1AM
Main Street is a classic rock cover band, founded in 2010. Its main objective was to delight their followers with the best rock music from the 60s, 70s and the 80s at the same time rendering homage to the best rock bands of all times like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Deep Purple and Journey just to mention a few.
Since then, “the band” has been playing at very diverse venues. The first local classic rock band to perform at Carnaval Miami and Calle 8 on the Univision stage where renowned international artists also performs, adding to their list of followers, not just those who reminisced on the music of their time, but younger generation as well while keeping true and respectful to the original artists.
DJ Ricky 305 • Friday, February 24th • 10PM – 2AM
RICKY 305 became fascinated with DJing, Music, and Radio during a summer in middle school when he spent 3 weeks going to work with his grandfather who was an accountant for an AM station in South Beach. Ricky spent numerous hours a day hanging out with the producers and on-air talent. He became obsessed with music and listening to mix shows on the radio for inspiration. While in high school Ricky landed a job in Spanish Broadcasting System where it opened the doors to many clubs, parties, and venues. Throughout the years Ricky 305 has been featured on several Mix Shows and many Live Broadcasts from clubs. He quickly became known as Ricky 305 and has developed expertise by performing at numerous venues throughout Miami and Las Vegas.
CONJUNTO PROGRESO • Saturday, February 25th • 10PM – 11:30PM
From its inception in 1998, the traditional Cuban Son ensemble, Conjunto Progreso, has taken audiences back in time to the nostalgic era of early Cuban popular music. They’ve been called “Cuban Son Masters”, “Super Group”, “21st Century Soneros” and “Keepers of the Flame”, just to name a few. Grammy Nominated in 2005 for “Best Traditional Tropical Latin Album” the group performed at the Grammys in February 2006. Conjunto Progreso was voted “Best Latin Band” by Miami New Times in 2010 and they were also presented with a proclamation by the City of Miami in 2009.
DJ RJ • Saturday, February 25th • 10PM – 2AM
RJ is the owner of RJ Entertainment Productions Inc., one of the best DJ and lighting companies in the South Florida area, with over 15 years of experience in his field. RJ has been resident DJ in major clubs in throughout South Florida and is a favorite at any venue with his great mix of music for all genres. He has an extensive repertoire of music – Rock, Salsa and a wide variety of dance music.
DJ TONY AGUJA • Sunday, February 26th • 5PM – 9PM
TONY AGUJA is one of the most recognizable names in the South Florida Latin DJ business. His legendary career started at the old Crossway Airport Inn Hotel for the original Salsa Dance Parties and “Domingos Para Bailar.” He is one of the original DJs for the Latin Fiestas and performed at historical locations around Miami such as Honey for The Bears and The Merchandise Mart. His well know repertoire of songs have kept South Floridian’s dancing for years and his followers love his ability to keep the crowd dancing day and night. Tony now brings his talent to Casino Miami, on the second and fourth Sunday’s for “Domingos Para Bailar” and “Salsa Dance Contests with prices for the best dance couple.
